T. Matthew Bradley

Mr. Bradley is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. He handles cases in all state and federal courts in South Carolina, with a focus on the below practice areas.

Highly respected among his peers, Mr. Bradley has been named to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40, an invitation-only, professional organization comprised of Americas top young trial attorneys and has also been selected as member of the Anderson Independent Mail's Top 20 under 40.

Mr. Bradley was also awarded the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division President's Award in 2015, the South Carolina Bar Star of the Quarter Award in 2009 and 2010, and the Solicitor John R. Justice Prosecutor Award in 2009 for his service to the South Carolina Bar and his community. He is member of the American Association of Justice, South Carolina Association for Justice, The National Trial Lawyers, and the Anderson County Bar, South Carolina Bar and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Bradley has also served on the Board of Directors for the Cancer Association of Anderson.

Mr. Bradley and his wife, Andrea, reside in Anderson, South Carolina, with their four children, Campbell, Brice, Beau, and Whitlee. He and his family attend church at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.

Matthew A. Perkins

Mr. Perkins has over ten years of legal experience in various areas of the law.  Born and raised in Anderson, South Carolina, he attended the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina and obtained his law degree from the Charleston School of Law.  After moving back to Anderson in 2009, Mr. Perkins worked for the Tenth Circuit Public Defender’s Office before opening the Law Office of Matthew A. Perkins where he focused on Family Law, Criminal Law and Personal Injury cases.  Mr. Perkins merged his practice with the law firm of Epps, Nelson and Epps in 2014 and became a partner there in 2015, creating the law firm of Epps, Nelson, Epps and Perkins. At the beginning of 2019, Mr. Perkins joined Mr. Bradley to create the law firm of Bradley & Perkins.  

Mr. Perkins strives to provide clients with knowledgeable legal advice and is firmly committed to supporting his clients and community.  He handles a vast array of cases in Family Court including divorces, custody disputes, child support, and adoptions.  He has represented clients in personal injury actions including auto accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, and medical malpractice.  He provides experienced legal service in serious criminal matters and DUI cases. Mr. Perkins is also the City Attorney for the City of Belton, South Carolina. 

Mr. Perkins and his wife, Ashlee have three boys, Jayden, Grady and Clyde and live on his family’s land, where he grew up.  He and his family attend Central Presbyterian Church and NewSpring Church. He is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling with his family.
